Marie Velez of Crawford & Company named Woman of the Year in prestigious Stevie International Business Awards
Marie Velez, vice president of finance at Crawford & Company in Latin America has been named Woman of the Year in the Stevie® International Business Awards. With more than three decades of experience, Marie’s proven track record in accounting, finance and business strategy has enabled her to lead some of the world’s largest publicly traded companies. She is also an advocate and mentor for women in finance and always looks to empower and inspire other women to reach their full potential. Since joining Crawford in 2013, Marie’s financial leadership and direction have contributed to the success of Crawford Latin America, which is now the largest claims management company in the region.
