Crawford Appoints President, Carrier Practices, Crawford Catastrophe Services U.S.

Crawford & Company has announced the appointment of Robert Simpson as president, Carrier Practices, Crawford Catastrophe Services U.S., reporting to Ken Tolson, U.S. president, Crawford Claims Solutions. In this role, Simpson will be responsible for the strategic direction, growth and operations of the division under U.S. Catastrophe Services.

Simpson has held many leadership positions within Crawford since joining the company in 1990 as an entry level trainee adjuster. These leadership roles include regional and branch manager, supervisor and adjuster in charge. Most recently, he served as senior vice president, national claim operations, where he was responsible for Crawford’s daily property and casualty claim operations in the U.S.
