Crawford leverages Asservio as a part of our loss adjusting and contractor managed repair quality assurance processes to better serve our clients. Asservio is integrated with Xactimate® and can be fully customized to meet our clients’ estimating specifications. Asservio is also available for insurance carrier licensing and direct use through our SaaS offering.
For Loss Adjusting
Crawford adjusters use Asservio to support their workflows by running automated digital reviews of estimates in process. Any noted discrepancies are quickly resolved by the adjusting team before client delivery.
For Managed Repair
Contractor Connection, Crawford's contractor managed repair solution, delivers industry-leading estimate accuracy with the support of Asservio. Contractors are required to use Asservio to electronically pre-audit their estimates before they are submitted for Contractor Connection estimate review processing. This combination of technology and Crawford expertise results in faster, more accurate and more consistent estimates each and every time.
For Insurance Carriers
Asservio is now available as a SaaS offering to reimagine the way estimate quality assurance is performed. Insurance carriers can utilize this enterprise quality solution with staff, independent adjusters, and contractor supply chain management.
