Raj is a seasoned insurance professional with 29 years of experience, earning his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation in 2009. He brings over a decade of international multi-line general claims handling expertise as an independent adjuster, working for both carriers and customers. Raj has a proven track record in managing complex claims, negotiating settlements, and providing exceptional customer service while utilizing digital tools for efficient claims processing.

His expertise spans various areas, including property, auto (residential and commercial), cargo, engineering, and miscellaneous claims. Notably, he has handled inland transit and international cargo claims exceeding $500K, assessed machinery breakdown claims for a hydropower generation company valued over $1M, and managed flood claims for residential and commercial clients resulting from heavy rainstorms, totalling $750K+.
