Monica’s insurance career began over 17 years ago as a broker at a small family run firm where her position quickly turned into managing broker. She continued in the sales side of Insurance for 7 years before transferring to claims adjusting. As an adjuster of over 10 years, Monica has found her lifelong passion. She takes pride in her work and always strives to satisfy insureds by providing an excellent claims experience and the insurers by producing the best product possible.

Currently Monica handles claims in Grande Prairie, AB and the entire Northern region including north of Fox Creek, up to High Level, Grande Cache as well as Northern BC, as far as Fort Nelson. The claims vary from basic residential to complex large commercial losses. She also handles any Casualty and Liability in this region. In addition, she is a member of the Crawford Catastrophe Team and has accepted multiple deployments over the last 4 years.
