Mathieu joined Crawford in 2009 and counts 21 years experience in the insurance industry. He first worked as an insurance agent for an insurer then became an adjuster for the same insurer before moving to independent claims firms. He deals with losses related to transportation (cargo, equipment and environmental) as well as liability claims, mainly with regard to product liability.
