Craig is Head of Specialty Loss Adjusting across Australia; the area of our business that handles high-value and/or complex claims.

Under Craig’s leadership is a team of highly specialised loss adjusters working on claims that can be categorised as large and/or complex property loss, commercial (metro areas), as well as liability claims (injury, property damage and product recall).

For the best possible result, claims often require specific industry sector knowledge and our specialty team is home to loss adjusters who have honed their skill supporting industries including Marine, Construction, Mining, Agriculture and Power & Energy.

Craig’s team also includes experts in financial loss via Crawford Forensic Accounting Services. In addition, our team of quantity surveyors, building consultants and forensic engineers are capable of being used as a standalone service or acting as experts associated with a loss/claim.
