Andiara Nordang Fleischer

Andiara Nordang Fleischer is a lawyer from the University of Oslo and with a LL.M. in International, Commercial and European law from the University of Sheffield. She has been in the insurance business since 2002 and joined Crawford & Company AS in 2007 working with Liability claims and key account manager responsibilities. Andiara has had operational responsibilities in the company since 2011. In 2020 she became Country Manager in Norway and recently stepped into the new role as Nordic Regional Director with the responsibility for all Nordic countries.
