Overview

This year has been estimated to be one of the bigger storm seasons in history. It's not too late to educate yourself and better serve insured clients proficiently, leading to more claims and more earnings. This course is specifically designed for new adjusters to this carrier, but is also valuable for desk adjusters and adjusters looking for a refresher with this carrier. We aim to make you confident and competent when deploying with us. Please consider this course to enhance your skills and customer service capabilities.

Course Details

The Carrier-Specific Storm Preparedness Course is a 3.5-day, in-person training offered twice:

• Plano, TX: July 29-August 1 (Monday-Thursday)
  • Collin College
• Atlanta, GA: August 5-August 9 (Monday-Thursday)
  • Crawford & Company Home Offices

Who Should Attend

This curriculum is tailored for new adjusters and those new to this specific carrier's claim handling processes. It's also an excellent refresher, covering new procedures recently introduced by the carrier. Whether you are a field or desk adjuster, this course will take you through every step of the claim process from First Notice of Loss (FNOL) to closure, emphasizing the critical role of customer service.

Course Objectives

• Increase knowledge for carrier-specific claim handling
• Increase claim handling ability, confidence and competence
• Enhance overall skill set and customer service dynamics
• Prepare adjusters to be deployment-ready for this carrier

Equipment and Materials

Laptops will be provided for use during this course. The sessions will be conducted in a classroom setting throughout the 3.5 days.

Course Fee

The course fee is $299, which includes comprehensive carrier-specific claim handling training. With purchase of this course, we offer free 90 day access to Crawford Vision, our video training platform that offers invaluable help during deployments and off.

Certification

Please note that the carrier certification is not included in this course but can be acquired monthly via our training site. This certification can be attended remotely.
