Overview
The 1-Day Carrier Specific Virtual Training class is designed to get you prepared and confident to work for one of the largest insurance carriers. The certification is open to both new and veteran adjusters looking to increase their knowledge in the claim file system NextGen. The course includes carrier-specific processes and best claim handling guidelines. The course topics include, but are not limited to, the Claims Process Tool (CPT), proper file documentation, customer experience, SettleAssist, QualityAssist and Xactimate carrier settings. Course Requirements for Virtual Classroom
Students of this course should meet the following criteria before attending the virtual class:
- Have a laptop or desktop computer
- High-speed internet connection
- Basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Windows navigation
- Knowledge of the adjuster profession and basic understanding of damage identification/building components
What to Expect
The class begins promptly at 8:00 am (CST) and will end at 5:00 pm (CST). There will be two fifteen-minute breaks and a one-hour lunch. Students who attend the entire session will receive a certificate of recognition. If you are on Crawford's roster, this training also includes the Carrier Starter Kit which includes a carrier shirt and car magnets. Students who attend will receive the Starter Kit in the mail after the training.
