Crawford has revealed the winners of its IMPACT Awards for 2023. The event, which was launched in 2019, recognises the success, dedication and innovation shown by teams across the business.
The past 12 months have been another tumultuous period for the insurance sector. The industry is dealing with numerous factors including supply chain issues, a recent subsidence surge and dealing with the effects of changing weather patterns. Once again, Crawford employees have risen to the challenge and gone above and beyond in the service of our clients and their customers.
As the industry addresses these challenges it is important to recognise a job well done and to highlight true innovation, spirit and teamwork.
Lisa Bartlett, president, UK & Ireland, commented:

On the night, Bartlett noted than the progression of employees at Crawford was dazzling, with 179 promotions taking place across 12 months – three per week.
The team members were all nominated by their proud colleagues and selected for showing the true Crawford spirit, innovation and creativity.
Characteristics highlighted by the winners included client focus, the ability to support a positive culture, leadership and coaching skills, mentorship, trustworthiness and knowledge. As a group they embody the values of Crawford as they are dedicated to excellent service, committed to innovation and focused on the speed of restoration to help clients get back on their feet following a claim.
Lisa said: “Our UK teams have amazed and excited us with their ideas for innovation, exemplary communication, and outstanding dedication. All have stepped up way beyond their day-to-day roles to help us deliver a world-class service and support our clients, their customers and each other.”
