Starting out as an Auto PD Adjuster at Crawford nearly 15 years ago, Rob Holmes has appreciated the various opportunities during his career to work alongside insurers, experts and policyholders.
Before transitioning to the GTS Toronto office, where he currently works as a Senior General Adjuster handling complex casualty losses, Robbie was given the opportunity to work abroad for a year as a property adjuster at Crawford’s Glasgow, Scotland office.

Robbie has quite a few stories to share of his many years working as a GTS adjuster. He has organized the remediation of pollution spills, assisted with product contamination and recall claims and has helped institutional policyholders develop abuse prevention strategies throughout his career.
Robbie fulfills Crawford’s mission of restoring and enhancing lives, businesses and communities by being accountable for losses caused by negligence or helping to develop risk management strategies to prevent losses from happening.

Robbie appreciates the fact that Crawford has developed a great culture of mentorship and camaraderie throughout the years.
