Having only just started at Crawford TPA in January this year, Jordan Lewis is already making sure people know how much he wants to be part of what we do here. His immediate adoption of our One Crawford team culture and RESTORE values has been impressive, and we are excited to have him onboard.
Despite being an Arsenal fan, Jordan is already a firm favourite with his colleagues and has immediately volunteered to be a Wellbeing champion and join the DEI Council, generously giving his time to projects across the company wherever he can. He has the same view in his career and has displayed a willingness to help others and learn whatever he can across the company.
In fact, he may be young, but Jordan is no stranger to life on the fast track. Recognised while working at Markerstudy Group as one of six finalists in Insurance Post’s Claims Apprentice 2022, Jordan has already displayed a willingness to push boundaries and create his own opportunities to gain greater knowledge and experience.
At Crawford, we want to nurture young talent and show them how to succeed with us, in whatever role or specialism they choose – which Jordan has already recognised.
In his own words, ‘Crawford, without a shadow of a doubt, has an amazing infrastructure to propel you to be the best handler possible. I feel this company will help me push boundaries to become the best handler by following the company values (RESTORE) and have the best environment to thrive in.’
His next professional milestone will be completing his CII, which we will (of course!) happily help him to achieve, so he can have a rewarding career as part of our ever-growing Crawford team. We can’t wait to see how far Jordan can go – keep an eye on him!
