Cynthia Galvan joined the Crawford and Company brand 6-years ago as an Auto-Loss adjuster. Based out of Texas, Cynthia’s knowledge has grown over the years and she now works with adjusting property-small and constructive total-loss property.
Adjusting is no simple task, though, and handling multiple service lines while managing the disarray that many customers face in these situations, is even harder. Cynthia has developed the proper technique in these situations to not only make accurate adjustments but lend herself to customers in an empathetic role too.
“I am truly blessed to be able to interact with policyholders, Public Adjusters, and Attorney’s weekly while helping the policyholders rebuild after a catastrophic loss.”
Cynthia also mentioned her commitment to showing compassion as she tries her best to represent Crawford when helping her clients in such troubling times, and a lot of this empathy she describes, she accredits to her manager, Laurie Rasberry.
“She is the best manager that I have ever had the pleasure of working for. She epitomizes compassion, care, helping others, and strength in her Management style. A true leader that promotes Crawford’s Mission in every way,” says Cynthia as she describes her boss, Laura Rasberry, and her profound effect on how she approaches her technique when adjusting.
Outside of her gratification to help her clients, Cynthia found that her work at Crawford has helped her grow immensely--
“Crawford has challenged me to grow and become better personally and become the best Adjuster I can be. Crawford has provided me with major growth and tremendous opportunities.”
When looking toward the future, Cynthia anticipates a focus on virtual service rather than in-person adjusting but with the same level of care that she has shown in the past.
Outside of Cynthia’s stellar service to Crawford, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her grandkids, and occasionally, flipping storage units.
