This past month, four team members visited Atlanta, GA to participate in Crawford’s initiative, the Emerging Leaders program. This program not only supports our employees’ career progression but also represents an investment in their professional development. It underscores the commitment of our executive team to nurture talent and empower the next generation of leaders across our organization.

Our Canadian team members had a valuable learning experience during their time in Atlanta.
They gained insights into leadership styles and effectiveness through the Hogan Leadership Assessment, placing a dedicated focus on understanding Crawford's financial statements and the five building blocks of our business success. Engaging with experts, both internally and externally, enriched their learning. Team-building activities, dinners, and a visit to the Atlanta Zoo provided camaraderie and insights into diverse leadership. Collaborative business challenges helped form lasting relationships and emphasized important business acumen and communication skills, enabling our team to lead with clarity.
