Presented by Insurance Post, the awards recognise excellence across claims management and counter-fraud.
Winning the ‘Fraud Investigation Team of the Year’ was based on making a significant contribution to the detection and/or prevention of general insurance fraud over the past 12-24 months. Entrants were required to demonstrate their results in countering insurance fraud, showing proof of delivery against targets.
