The 2019 PLRB Claims Conference & Exhibition was a complete success for Crawford with multiple service lines — including Crawford Claims Solution, Crawford Specialty Services and Contractor Connection — represented at one of the most talked-about booths during the April 1-2 event in Indianapolis, Indiana.
PLRB is the largest and most diverse conference in the property and casualty industry. Top claims professionals from hundreds of insurance companies and service providers across the nation gathered to network, learn about industry services and innovations, and explore new opportunities. Themed “Learning has no Finish Line,” PLRB 2019 offered courses from 14 educational tracks with 100 sessions taught by industry leaders, preparing attendees for an ever-changing world.
As Platinum level sponsors, Crawford raised the bar with an interactive, touchscreen display housed in an open 20x30 booth space. The display featured 12 of Crawford’s innovative solutions within 24 hubs of information that floated across the screens. Attendees stopped in their tracks to view the display’s looping video and inquire about the floating hubs making it easy to invite them to touch the screen and capture leads.
Led by Global President of Specialty Solutions, Larry Thomas and Global President Claims Solutions, Kieran Rigby, the Crawford team took turns staffing the tradeshow booth and teaching attendees about Crawford’s solutions that are disrupting the claims industry. Crawford Marketing Manager for US Claims Solutions, Alex Jones, was on hand to provide display training for the Crawford team staffing the booth while Property Product Manager – U.S. Claims Solutions, Michael Beverly kept busy with Crawford’s new escape of water solution presentations given right on the display. Everyone who interacted with the display was impressed and loved each of the innovations and the presentation.
