Every year, Crawford Contractor Connection hosts its Top Performer Awards to recognise and celebrate the “best of the best” of our network partners.
In a year that has tested us all, it was difficult to choose our top performers as all our network partners rose to the unprecedented challenge presented by the pandemic. However, based on overall excellence measured through customer service scores, co-operation, and professionalism in communication we were able to select our winners and finalists:

At an invite only event, our award winners were celebrated and learned about developments in Contractor Connection. The event was designed to share insight, to further enhance our collaborative culture and to celebrate customer excellence.
It was a truly inspirational day, with discussions on our purpose, our customer message of ‘get it right, get me right, wow me’, updates on material impacts in the market, sustainability and the Contractor Connection Foundation through to combined client and contractor workshops looking at best practice and continuous improvement. The day concluded with an award ceremony and a celebratory three course dinner.
